The B.A. Programme is an interdisciplinary and flexible undergraduate degree that allows students to study two core subjects along with skill-based and interdisciplinary courses. It is different from an Honours course because it doesn't focus on a single major subject but instead offers a broad-based liberal arts education.

DDU College typically offers a set of subject combinations for students to choose from at the time of admission. The available combinations may change slightly each academic year based on faculty and resources, but commonly include:
History + Political Science
Economics + Political Science
English + History
Hindi + Philosophy
Sanskrit + History
Philosophy + Political Science
Economics + History
Each of the two subjects is treated equally in terms of course weightage and assessments.

Generic Elective (GE):
Students may choose one or two papers from outside their main disciplines (e.g., philosophy, economics, or language papers)
Internal Assessment: 25% (assignments, presentations, attendance, tests)
University Exams: 75% (end-of-semester written exams)
Entrance: Based on CUET (Common University Entrance Test) scores
Eligibility: 10+2 from a recognized board (any stream, depending on subject choices)
No specific stream restrictions for most combinations
